Keep this service

FREE for everyone!

All services are provided at no cost, with the hope that those who are more able will help make it possible for those less able to afford support.

Your contribution helps make Guided Self-Mentorship possible for the next person — continuing the chain of support that made this work available to you. It’s also a vote for a new model of mental health care: one where support and wellbeing are never limited by money. Donations also support the development of training so that others can learn to offer Guided Self-Mentorship freely in their own communities, extending this experiment far beyond a single practice.

Most people who find this work meaningful choose to contribute in some way so that it can remain freely available. If you choose to donate, give what feels right — in proportion to both what this work has meant to you and what you’re able to give. And if you’re not in a position to contribute, simply receiving the work is exactly what this model is meant for.

Some people have shared that they feel uncomfortable with the donation model and simply prefer to know what the service would cost at a flat rate.

When this work was offered at full fee, the costs were:

  • First 2-hour session: $500

  • Full two-session process: $750

  • Follow-up sessions (optional): $250

Contributions vary widely. Many people choose to contribute something similar to what they might normally pay for therapy or coaching, and some give extra to allow more people to have access. Others give what they can so that someone else may receive support as well, and some simply pass the work forward.

Recurring donations are also welcome for those who wish to help sustain the work long-term.

Your generosity helps keep access open for anyone who needs it, and supports a future where money no longer limits access to peace, healing, and freedom.
