Simply and directly put, because everyone deserves the opportunity to be free and enjoy their life. I honestly can’t think of a way to price something that changes the way a person relates to themselves and the world around them so profoundly. Freedom and joy in life aren’t luxuries to be purchased; they’re part of being human.
I want this in as many hands as possible. I want to live in a world where people aren’t suffering, and for which all who are suffering have access to tools and knowledge to find relief.For that reason, I’ve decided to run an experiment. What if we could change the mental health model? What if support wasn’t limited by money?
My hope is that those who are more financially able will give in a way that helps cover the cost for those who are less able, continuing to be able to offer services free to all indefinitely.
In order to support that, at the end of the two sessions, if you’ve found this valuable and you’re able, I ask you to make a donation—whatever feels right, in proportion to both what it was worth and what you’re able to give. -
You’ll need to be invested—not financially, but with your time and your heart. This process only works if you give it your full effort. I want you to know exactly what that looks like, and here is what I’ll ask of you:
One Mandatory 2-hour session with a 1-hour follow-up within a few weeks of your initial.
Surveys right before and after each session so that we can track progress and know how we’re doing (about 5 minutes each).
The big one: at least 20-30 minutes of between-session work per day to practice the tools, and a willingness to follow wherever that work takes you that day.
When people fully commit, the changes I’ve witnessed have been extraordinary. On average, those who follow through report an 87% improvement by the end of their two sessions.

After you graduate, you may schedule additional 1-hour follow-up sessions at $250 each (see the ‘How it Works’ section for details). Most people don’t end up needing them. I love hearing from people after they’ve graduated, and you may always contact me via email. Often a little email support (always free) is enough to keep things moving.

What if I just want to pay a flat price?
Some people have expressed that they feel uncomfortable with the donation model and just want to know how much the service costs. If that’s you and you’re more comfortable with a clear fee, the amount I charged when providing a paid service was $250 per hour:
First 2-hour Session: $500
The full two-session process: $750
Follow-up sessions (optional): $250 each
These numbers are here for transparency. What you choose to give is always up to you, and will never be a barrier to participating.
If you’re in a position to give this much or more, your contribution helps keep this experiment alive and makes it possible for others—who might not be able to afford it—to still have access. -
